Domain & Hosting
Domain, hosting, renewal, and third-party service costs depend on the selected package and provider. Clients are responsible for understanding the terms of any third-party services they choose to use.
Delivery & Approval
Client delays in providing content, feedback, or approval may affect delivery timelines. Once the website is approved and launched, the project is considered complete.
Intellectual Property
Ownership and usage rights are based on the agreed project terms. Third-party assets, including fonts, images, plugins, or templates, remain subject to their respective licenses.
Third-Party Services
Websites may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment services, or other external services. Web Designs by Cupid is not responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of these services.
Website Availability
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain website availability, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed where third parties or circumstances outside our control are responsible.
Portfolio Use
Completed client websites may be displayed in the Web Designs by Cupid portfolio unless otherwise agreed with the client in writing.

Limitation of Liability
